Shipping policy

The following shipping conditions apply:

The goods are delivered within Germany by DHL.

For deliveries within Germany we charge a flat rate of €5.95 per order. From an order value of 53€ we deliver our products free of charge.

The goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-4 days (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of receipt of your payment).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

For deliveries outside of Germany different shipping rates and delivery times apply depending on the country of delivery. More information at the check out phase.

Climate-neutral shipping with DHL GoGreen

We only use DHL GoGreen to ship our products domestically - a sustainable and environmentally friendly solution.

 

If you have ordered products with different delivery times, we will ship them in one delivery. The delivery time is therefore determined by the product with the longest delivery time. In the case of deviating agreements, other delivery times apply.
