Berry Bliss Waffles

Waffles with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries


For the waffles:

  • 250 g All-purpose flour
  • 20 ml Stevia Sweetener Caramel
  • 5 ml of Stevia Syrup Strawberry
  • 10 g baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 large eggs or egg replacement 
  • 300 ml Almond milk
  • 60ml Vegetable oil

For the toppings:

  • 150g fresh Raspberries
  • 150g fresh Strawberries
  • 150g fresh Blueberries
  • Stevia Syrup Raspberry, Blueberry and/or Strawberry (according to your liking)



  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the almond milk, vegetable oil, Stevia Sweetener Caramel and Stevia Syrup Strawberry. Mix well.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to over mix; a few lumps are okay.
  4. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Lightly grease the waffle iron with a small amount of vegetable oil or cooking spray.
  6. Pour an appropriate amount of waffle batter onto the preheated waffle iron, and close the lid. Cook the waffles according to your waffle iron's instructions - until they are golden brown and crisp.
  7. Remove the waffles from the iron and keep them warm while you prepare the toppings.
  8. Wash and prepare the fresh raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries.
  9. Place the warm waffles on serving plates.
  10. Top the waffles with a generous amount of fresh raspberries, sliced strawberries, and blueberries.
  11. Drizzle with Stevia Syrup of your choice if desired.
  12. Serve your mixed berry waffles and enjoy!
