Vegan Marmelade

Vegan jam











  • 1 kg of any fruit of choice fresh or frozen
  • 1 packet of  RUF Bio Agartine (15 g)
  • 3 – 4 tbsp of Stevia Lemon
  • 6 tbsp Stevia Blueberry
  • 3 tbsp Stevia Raspberry
  • 3 tbsp Stevia Cherry



1. In a large saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil and then puree.
*If the fruit mass is too acidic, Stevia Syrup can be added, or with sweet fruits, it can be reduced.

2. Stir the Agartine into the hot mass and simmer for approx. 5 minutes. (Of course you can also use your tried and tested Agar.)

3. Quickly fill your jam jars to the brim and let it cool to see it become solid/gel like.


Turn the jars upside down for 5 min after filling to prevent mold from forming in the lid.
