Strawberry-Vanilla Cups

 

Strawberry vanilla cups

Ingredients:

For the vanilla layer:

  • 250ml plain yogurt or a vegan alternative
  • 125ml heavy cream or a vegan alternative
  • 20 ml of Stevia Sweetener Vanilla

For the strawberry layer:

  • 250g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 60ml Stevia Syrup Strawberry 
  • 125ml Heavy cream

Preparation:

For the vanilla layer:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, heavy cream and Stevia Sweetener Vanilla.
  1. Whisk the mixture until it's smooth and well combined. Taste it and adjust the sweetness with more Stevia Sweetener Vanilla if needed.

For the strawberry layer:

  1. In a separate bowl, add the sliced fresh strawberries.
  1. Drizzle half of the Stevia Syrup Strawberry over the strawberries.
  1. Gently toss the Strawberries in the syrup until they are well coated.
  1. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and add the rest of the Stevia Syrup Strawberry together until stiff peaks form.

 

Assembling the vanilla and strawberry cups:

  1. Take small serving cups or glasses.
  1. Place a layer of the strawberries and the strawberry cream mixture at the bottom.
  1. Add a layer of the vanilla mixture on top, filling the glasses to the top.
  1. Optionally, you can drizzle a little extra strawberry syrup on the top for added sweetness and visual appeal. You can also add other biscuits and sweets on top for decoration.
  1. Refrigerate the cups for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to chill.
